About our Fascia and Soffits Services

We install Fascia and Soffits.

New uPVC fascias & soffits offer ‘low maintenance’ to the roof line.

The colour extends throughout the entire depth of the material, so they will not fade and do not require painting or repainting.  They are tough on impact, and will not rust, crack, warp or rot.

uPVC fascias & soffits are a particular favourite in areas with harsh weather conditions, because they are water and wind resistant.  Furthermore, they are fire, insect, and vermin resistant.  Finally, uPVC fascias & soffits are lightweight and highly cost effective.

Fascia

The fascia board is the long, straight board that runs along the lower edge of the roof. The fascia is fixed directly to the roof trusses and usually does all the work of supporting the bottom row of tiles and carrying all the guttering.

Our hard-wearing, low maintenance UPVc fascia boards are designed for direct fixing to rafters. Our fascia board is the perfect product for new homes or for replacing old fascias.

Available in standard profile or a distinctive sculpted ogee style, the board is strong enough to be fitted directly onto roof rafters. It’s easy to fit and makes a smart improvement to any home.

Soffits

The soffit board is tucked away under the fascia board and has a number of important functions.

It is usually the board that you see most of from street level.

Our range of stylish soffits will enhance any home and is available in colours and styles to suit all tastes.

Boards are easy to fit and are fully compatible with our fascia systems for an exact colour match. The colours precisely match our windows and door systems too.

The soffit can be ventilated to allow the flow of air into the roof area. Alternatively, ventilation can be provided over the top of the fascia board.

Many people prefer the latter solution these days. Without adequate ventilation, condensation will form in the roof void increasing the risk of timber decay.
